What a demo reproduces faithfully, and what it does not
Mechanics, distribution and round cadence are the same build, so a demo is an accurate way to learn the interface and to see how often the round ends below your intended target. What it cannot reproduce is the only variable that actually changes decisions — the feeling of a real balance moving. Skill learned in demo transfers; discipline learned in demo does not.
Using a demo to measure rather than to play
The useful demo session has a stated question. How many of a hundred rounds crash below 1.5x? How long is the longest run without reaching 2x? Write the answer down. Twenty minutes spent counting produces a number you can plan around, while the same twenty minutes spent watching produces an impression, and impressions of randomness are reliably wrong.
Why demo results say nothing about a session to come
Each round is drawn independently, so a demo run that went well carries no information about the next hundred rounds — and neither does one that went badly. The distribution is stable; any particular sample of it is not. This is the same reason a losing streak is not 'due' to end and a winning one is not evidence of a working method.
Where a demo genuinely lowers cost
Two places. First, learning where the auto-cashout field sits and what happens when you change it mid-round, which is cheaper to discover with no money on the table. Second, comparing titles: running the same fixed target across three crash games for fifty rounds each tells you more about which suits you than any review, including this one.
